Customer Master Agreement

This document serves as the primary Customer Master Agreement governing your relationship with us as our customer. Depending on the Products and Services you purchase, additional Product-Specific Agreements listed below may also apply. These agreements outline the terms and conditions for specific products and services we offer.

Product-Specific Agreements

1. Domain Registration Agreement

  • This represents the Agreement between yourself and us for domain registration.

2. Registrar-Registrant Agreement for Domain Names

  • This agreement governs the relationship between the Registrant (Owner) of a domain name and the Registrar.
  • It applies to the individual or entity whose details are provided in theOwnersection during the domain registration process.

3. Customer Agreement for Domain Names

  • This agreement is an addendum to the Customer Master Agreement.
  • It specifies the terms related to the registration and management of domain names.

4. Customer Agreement for Web Services

  • This agreement acts as an addendum to the Customer Master Agreement.
  • It outlines terms for services such as Domain Forwarding, Mail Forwarding, and Managed DNS services.

5. Customer Agreement for Digital Certificates

  • This agreement covers terms and conditions specific to the provision and use of Digital Certificates.

6. Customer Hosting Product Agreement

  • This agreement applies to hosting services and details the rights and responsibilities related to hosting products.

5. Customer Agreement for Themes, Plugins, Logos

  • This represents the User License Agreement for Themes, Plugins, Logos

 

For any specific product or service purchased, the corresponding Product-Specific Agreement(s) must be read in conjunction with this Customer Master Agreement. By using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of the applicable agreements.

 

# Registrants shall further endeavour to familiarize themselves with the Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities applicable while registering gTLDs.
